The lily story

This is why I say TALK TO YOUR PLANTS, just a few months back I gifted a friend of mine a peace lily on her birthday.

She was so excited to be a plant parent. Also the plant was very healthy having good foliage and one white bloom. Da Best!

But soon she noticed that the plant started to have a downfall and the leaves were yellowing, leaf tips were browning and all the misery.

Then she thought of getting it checked by me and yeah this was my honest reaction and yeah you could tell by a sight of that plant that either this plant was in heat stress or it was left unattended. The leaves were drooping the roots were brown the bloom was gone..

I just cleaned the leaves cut the mushy brown roots and applied the base with antifungal powder and asker her to let it callus before she moves it in the water.

Few days later she called us again saying its a plant problem again.

This plant was very suicidal. So I just bought the gear and was ready to do for a  plant surgery.

Hydrogen peroxide to treat its roots and coco peat just in case I fail to grow it in water.

Yeah kids this is what happens when you keep a plant in hydrogen peroxide and water mixture. Nice 30 seconds ASMR video for y'all.

Four hours in the solution then the plant roots were rinsed and plant was moved in a shot glass.

Then simply I used to just change the water of the plant every 3-4 days for it to heal and grow.

Now the plant is all good new growth of leaves is visible and been talking to the plant lately and yeah he says he is no more suicidal. Signing out- Anmol Rajput.
